Regarding SC creation

Hello Team

when I am creating the SC I am facing the error "No data found for employee '0000000123'; inform system administration"

checked with user_gen and found the following error Employee relationship between BP xxx and BP(Org) xxx missing

when checked in the tcode BP there is not issues with BP it is free from errors

when we run attribute check I am getting following errors

Hello Chary,

Is the user  assigned  in PPOSA_BBP organization structure with maintained Attributes: BUK, CNT, PRI, BSA, CUR, BWA, SYS, ACS ? Also check if proper number range assigned for your shopping cart.

the attributes BUK, CNT, PRI,BSA, CUR,BWA,SYS,ACS have defined

Hi Chary,

The only thing I can suggest now is the role assigned to the user.Please ensure following roles are there.

/SAPSRM/ADMINISTRATOR

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER

/SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER_EHP2

I cannot give administrator role to the user I have given /SAPSRM/ST_PURCHASER_EHP2 role to the user  since we are at ehp3 version

Hi

The issue should be with the user not integrated in the org structure.

Please check if the user id, CP, position are linked. The org structure and CP should have a BP assigned.

If possible,can post the screen shot of the pposa_bbp.

Hi Srinivasa,

Could you please check the relationships in BP txn ? The corresponding BP should be having only on valid Relationship.

Also, i would suggest you to delete the CP assignment from Position and then re-assign it once again to the same position.

Let me know if this works or not.
