Regarding PO triggering to vendor

Hi All,

After the final approval , the PO will sent to vendor with an attachment in email.

But after if we change the storage location of PO ,then also email is triggering to vendor .

so how can we prevent this,ie we want to retrigger the mail only when price or qty is changed.

Hello,

Output to vendor is triggerred when new external version of purchasing document is created.

You can use the Business Add-in BBP_VERSION_CONTROL to determine when (more or less frequently than in the standard system) and under which circumstances the system creates a version for purchase orders.

CB,

Change PO to vendors are sent when any of the fields configured in BBPD_PO_METAOUT change. If you wish to not send change order to vendors, make the corresponding fields change irrelevant in this table.

When i am trying to chang the table contets it is giving message like

" Do not make any changes (SAP data)" , so can we proceed with it.

We are ready to change the table and prevent the triggering of PO email to vendor, but in present scnairo, when the user changes the "Storage Location' then also the email is triggering , but in the table BBPD_PO_METAOUT there is no field representing the "Storage Location"
