Regarding Bills of Material MM Module

Hii Experts,

I created a BOM, with material number 3000990762 as primary BOM in which four components were defined as material no. 763, 764, 765, 769 (picture1) tcode-CS01. 

in which component 765 itself is a BOM material (say secondary BOM) with component nos. 766, 767 and 768 (picture2-the complete BOM Explosion by tcode-CS12). 

Doubts are :

1) During PR creation in material tab, after clicking to Explode BOM it is not showing the components of the BOM material 765 ( the component of primary BOM 762).

2) While performing ME2O transaction to issue Goods to Vendor SL deficit error was shown so I went to the transaction MB1C to enter the initial value to the component materials of the primary BOM viz material 763, 764, 765 and 769 and maintained the quantity in stocks as per the requirement (say 50 units) and saved it. After that ME2O transaction did not show any error and also PR, PO, MIGO and MIRO all well good. Now to define 50 units of the secondary BOM material 765, there must be the initial stocks maintained in the systems of its components that are 766, 767 and 768 but I never entered any transaction for these materials still the complete sub-contracting process is done with no error. Isn't there be an error as the components of the secondary BOM were not maintained in the system(or the secondary BOM was not created properly). Kindly help  and guide. I am a complete Beginner.
