Regarding Advance Search

Hello All,

when we click on the SC number in the advance search , the SC in display mode doesnot come up

we checked the following settings

1. POP up Blocker

2. In the t. code SFW5 the component SRM_SELF_SERVICE_1 is active.

the web dynpro FPM application /sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_oif  it opens up with a error "FPM Application /sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_oif was started without configuration  "

Hi,

can you display the same SC in POWL? Usually employee can only display his own carts,and purchaser can display others' carts.

What error did you have while displaying the SC in advanced search?

Hello,

you did not answer to Ivy's question: can you display the same SC in POWL or not (by comparison to Advanced Search)?

First think to check: in the menu tab of the concerned role assigned to user, look for the Web Dynpro Application /SAPSRM/WDA_L_FPM_OIF (Advanced Search): it should be inside a folder called "Services" (if you use a standard role).

When WDA is found, rigth-click and select "Details". In area URL, you should have among parameters one called WDCONFIGURATIONID.

It must have value /SAPSRM/WDAC_I_FPM_OIF_DOCSEARCH

Second, put a break-point in ONACTIONON_SELECT method from V_SC_SYSTEM_RESULT view (if you use Search in System) or V_SC_ARCHIVES_RESULT view (if you use Search in Archive).

Both are from /SAPSRM/WDC_UI_DS_SO_SC Web Dynpro Component.

Now, you can debug to understand what's happened.

thanks for your reply ,
we have same similar issues in other hyper links too

As per your suggestion we have cross checked the Webdynpro component "/SAPSRM/WDA_I_fpm_oif" and it is missing WDconfiguration parameter.

how to maintain this in the standard

if we run the application we are getting the messaged "FPM application /sapsrm/wda_L_FPM_oifwas started without configuration"
