Reg: POWL launching slow in Portal (SRM)

Dear All,

POWL is taking lot of time to launch in portal , can anyone guide on this issue.

Hi Srinivas,

Make sure the initial query you are accessing in the POWL is something quite simple, lets say like - All shopping carts for me for today. That way, the runtime of the query is short and the access to POWL is quick, do not have the initial query as something wide ranging like - All shopping carts for my user for all time. Such a selection will involve a very long runtime and could also possibly timeout as it will probably exceed the foreground processing runtime settings.
