Refreshing S4HANA and SRM

Dear Experts,

One of our client's requirement is to refresh their Quality Server (Client Refresh from S4P to S4Q-301) which integrated with SRM..

To do this, we need to refresh the SRM landscape also in order to avoid the data inconsistencies.

Kindly clarify whether it is mandatory to refresh SRM SELL Side also.

To refresh this SRM SELL Side we are having the following challenges,

• In the existing SRM Quality setup, we are having a single server with 2 different clients (300 - Buy-side and 350 - Sell-Side) with HANA DB.
• Wherein PRD SRM we are having 2 different servers for Buy-Side (SRP) with HANA DB and Sell-Side (SUS) with Sybase DB.
• Since PRD is having 2 different DBs, it is not possible to refresh the quality SRM SELL Side (SUS to SRQ 350).

Kindly clarify whether it is mandatory to refresh SRM SELL Side
