Reconsider rejected bidder after opening of price comparison report

Rfx creator has rejected one of the responses of bidders (technical criteria) and the price comparison report is also generated for the same RFx.
Now client wants a recommendation to reconsider the rejected bidder after generating the price comparison report.

You can try to removing the PS_TECH_OPND flag from table BBP_PDHSS for the given RFx document.

If further help is needed with this, check the Resolution section of the following KBA:

2949572 - Technical RFx Response Opening and Price RFx Response Opening buttons are still visible even though the opening process was already performed
