Reassigned Receipt not showing in ToDO portlet

A receipt was reassigned from User A to User B using the Approvable Role assignment functionality. User B is now showing as the approver for the receipt. However this receipt is not showing in User B's ToDO portlet

Thank you for your question. Try "manage my to do" rather than look for the RC in the portlet. Or, you can go to "manage receive" and enter the PO number to find the RC.
