Hello Experts,

I am trying to Upload SOW Worker through API but getting this error. Can anybody confirm why I am getting this error?

Error - Required data is missing for Rate Schedule Code.

I would suggest their is a required column header of rate schedule code - which has not been completed for the SOW worker

Hi jackson.rogers thank you for your kind reply. Jackson can you guide me what should I do to Upload SOW Worker as I am new to SAP Fieldglass and don't have to much knowledge on this. Need your help if possible for you, Can you guide me how to Upload SOW Worker through API and what should the status in fieldglass as I am giving SOW ID and Security Id as Mandatory field.. Can I use any secuirty Id or SOW ID or is there any thing else. Need your help on this Jackson.

Hi Nishant,

If you refer to the SOW worker upload connector document you can see that "rate schedule code" is a column header in itself.

So you need to add the column header and relevant rate schedule code as applicable for the SOW worker - else if the SOW worker doesn't have a rate schedule associated to them, or you are still having issues it may be a technical issue and suggest you contact Fieldglass support desk for assistance for the team to best assist you.

Rate schedule code must be a mandatory column header for that upload and you haven't entered the schedule code for the worker in question. visit the SAP help portal>fieldglass integration>SAP fieldglass Connector library to view the connector document which outlines which fields are mandatory and optional and the format of the data needed.
