Dear All,

We are on SAP SRM 7.0 Release 702 (SAPKB70211)

Pls. assist. I am getting this error message when I click on the "Shopping Area"

Do have an idea what causes this error.

I would really ask you for your maximum support.

The following error occurred in system PS2 : Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.

The error occurred on application server ps2_PS2_79 and in work process 0 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

Hi Alex,

This means you are missing the APPLICATION ID for POWL.

The application ids can be found in transaction FPB_MAINTAIN_HIER.

Please use the report POWL_d02 to see the design of your application. Then use the powl_d01 to clear cache and run.

It will solve the issue.
