Quote Automation with Ariba Supplier Discovery

Hi experts,

I would like to know how this is done in project for quote automation with Ariba Supplier Discovery.

As per my understanding, supplier discovery will only work in Production environment. In the case of project implementation where testing is done in test realm, will the project team and business are able to test this functionality?

We cannot have a test instance for SAP Ariba Discovery.

Just a follow up on thiansoon.ter2 question though, I know other projects in our organization have the AN Ariba Discovery enabled in test realm. Why does it have to take time to enable for the rest of the projects who logged an SR for it?

Hello Monaliz,

I confirmed today with Product Management of Ariba Discovery that test accounts are not supported. In other projects you are referring to it could be that posts go via quote automation to ariba sourcing where bidding happens and then back to SAP.

Discovery only has one instance (production one).
