quota arrangement - settings

Hi ,

For doing quota arangement in SRM , may I know the configuration steps required @ SRM system.

Sorry for the late response. Actually I am testing Demo system for cliet. Here I am testing all the scnarios. So specifically in SRM -> IMG we don't have any specific config rite for Quota arrangement.

Hello Viswanath,

In SRM no configuration required for Quota arrangement. In SRM NW portal under strategic purchasing tab you will have Quota Arrangements option where you can activate the quota arrangement for a product category / product.

You need to enter contract numbers, target percentage and Quota base quantity while creating quota arrangement.

Apart from the standard quota arrangement logic, if you want any customer specific requirement you can do that by implementing the BAd! BBP QAREDETERMJTR.

Just an additional information. Quota arrangement will not have any effect in sources of supply while creating a shopping cart. If you define contracts in quota arrangement and both are relevant for shopping cart, system will not choose one of them to be displayed. Both contracts will be suggested as source of supply.

Quota arrangement has only effect in sourcing cockpit, not during cart creation.
