"RFX Response" Item level attachments are moving to Header level once saved

Hello Gurus,

SAP SRM 7

After a Bidder is attaching a Document at Item level under "Notes and attachments" and submits the RFX Response, then the Attachment is moving from Item level to Header level.

I mean to say, I have attached the document at Item level and submitted the RFX Response. After some time if I reopen the RFX Response and go to Notes and attachments at Item Level, I dont see the attachment over there and the same attachment is now visible under "RFX Information --> Notes and attachments" at header level, which is strange.

could you please tell me why ?

Even for the Purchaser if he opens the RFX Response from Response and Tabs, it is the same case.

here please find attached the Screenshot. At Item level I have made the attachment, but now after submitting it is no more Visible at Item level.item-level1.jpg The attachment that you see is the Attachment in screenshot is made by the purchaser.

I have tested by creating multiple RFXs and each time an Attachment made at item level by bidder in his response to RFX, after submitting disappears from Item level and attaches itself at Header level.

Hi,

could you please attach a screenshot of this behaviour? Please check the tab you are looking at. It might be that you are looking at the summary where every attachment is shown.
