Hi,
is anyone facing issues when users log in on Ariba Strategic Sourcing using SSO?
Few users are getting this error: message "Internal server error An error occurred, please try again later"
Request clarification before answering.

If you use other SAP products for purchasing/invoicing, SSO server errors could be due to the user not existing in both realms. In the case you are integrated with multiple products, check that the users facing the error exist in administration and core administration.
There could also be an issue in the proxy service if you are using a unified login page (ULP). In this case, check with your IT team.
