"Action could not be performed" issue in SC

Hi Sap gurus,

I'm getting the below error when i'm trying to create a SC from a requisitioner id..

I know that attributes are not maintained for this user in PPOMA_BBP. But this user in PPOMA is not getting any option to define attributes.. i mean no Attribute tab for this user id but this user is existing.. How can i fix this

Hi Sanjay,

First go to USERS_GEN and add this user for that particular org node where you want to place him in org structure. Once you place him in org structure, you will be able to maintain attributes for him.

Hi Sanjay,

Is HR Integration with ECC is active in SRM ?

1, Integrate this user to appropriate Organization unit in ECC Org structure

2. Replicate this data to SRM system

3. If above doesn't work then integrate this user manually in SRM Org structure by using transaction code "users_Gen" as said by others

substeps :

a) Go to transaction code "USERS_GEN"

b) click on "Copy User and Employee data from Template" on Manage user and Employee data screen

c) select "create users from existing SU01 users" on Generate users screen and click on "Execute Action"

d) Key in Org. Unit XXXXX to which u want to integrate this user and select the country, then click on "Continue" pushbutton

e) on Restriction of user list pop up select radio button as "Area of Users", then on next screen "user Selection"  key in this User ID

f) Then click on "check" button

Hello,

The attributes tab exists at position level (S) in PPOMA_BBP.

Have you integrated this user in organizaton unit or it only exists in SU01?

In order to have user creating documents in SRM, they  must be integrated in organization.

Hi Sanjay,

As Anikeev said, please create the position for the user in any one of the organization via users_gen tcode, and check the display the shopping cart.

Hi Sanjay,

first you must interate user vie USERS_GEN.

Attributes assigned on Position or Organisational level, not for user itself.
