Any clue for this prolem?

Thanks and Regards,

You need to notedown the PR number from the failed queue and delete that piece of queue and reprocess all the quueue .

you need to explore the PR why it got strucked.

Little attention and periodical monitoring required for smooth operation

In SRM

see inbound queue

queue 1 failed

queue 2 waiting

queue 3 waiting

now you have to click the queue 1 and see what is the PR number and delete only

queue 1 only

and remaining queue 2 and queue 3 you

can reprocess and it will be disappeared.

you need to explore what caused on that noted PR and inform the failure of the PR so sthat he can correct the data and it can be processed and transfered to SRM.

Hi Fariz

Honestly i dont know

since you have to physically see what is the purchase request failed and you need to inform the requester . other wise requester feels unforgetable why his PR was not yet sourced by purchaser in SRM.

let me look any alternatives and come back to you

Hi

Every time a PR is replicated from ECC to SRM a new queue will be generated. If PR 1 is stuck if queue then any changes to PR1 will not replciate from ECC to SRM, PR 2 may successfully replciate to SRM from ECC given all data and config are correct.

IF all queues are failing check in detial of the queue to see the issue SMq1.
