Queue Deleted PR - SC - PDP business scenario.

Hi all

for example if i were deleted a all queues.

scenario

Transfer job ran. some PRs are not transfered and held up in the Queue . By mistake if i delete all Queues , How can i bring them again as shopping cart.

Just a question - for safety reason.

i wanted to reprocess a DELETED queues.

Hello Muthu,

We should not delete queues. I can give a workaround which can be used during testing.

Delete the EBAN_TECH entry for the PR. System will consider that this was never send & transfer can be retriggered.

for example

queue1 - pr -1000000234 /1 - has bad data -

queue 2- pr -1000000235 /1 - has good data -

queue 3- pr -1000000236 /1 - has good data -

queue 4- pr -1000000237 /1 - has good data -

queue 5- pr -1000000238/1 - has good data-

now queue1 failed sice it has bad data in the pr 1000000234 /1- i need to delete LUW of this one pr.

then only queue2 to queue 5 will be processed.

my question is queue1 to queue 5 deleted . how will i retrieve these 5 queue data.

Hello Muthu,

In this example, system will generate one queue for each PReq. Delete only one which has bad data. Rest all will be processed.

Once queue is deleted, at least to my knowledge it is not possible to retrieve it. If you are facing this often, suggestion would be to build check on important fields before sending the PReq.

My assumption also same Ashutosh.

but somewhere TIDs are stored. i heard it can reprocessed.

i am looking for this.

assume basis guy deleted by mistake while monitoring.

there may be option to retriggered.

as we knew eprtrans become blank after transfered.

some where this info is stored.

atleast i should know what are the PRs are in the deleted queue.

In Part 2 of the question - How to get all PRs which were in Queue.

Query EBAN with Material Groups and P.Groups maintained in V_T160EX for a given period of time, Then we get PRs, let us do some change to move them to SRM.

i can find the what are the PRs transfered to SC. since PR queue was deleted i dont know sc too. so now i wanted to know what are the entries are there in eprtrans table before it transfer job run

Let us try this,

1. Get all Material Groups and Purchasing Groups in V_T160EX. For all these entries, find what are the PRs created between 12:00 to 12:15 <+or- 1 mins also fine>

2. All the above PRs will be registered in EPRTRANS, and the same entry will be deleted once the report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER is executed for the same.

Assume you got 15 PRs in Step 1.

3. Get all SC Created between the same time in SRM, and PRs at BBP_PDIGP-EXT_DEMID (External Requirement Number) is NOT initial.

Assume you got 6 PRs in SRM.

I believe only the remaining ( 9 out of 15) PRs are NOT transported to SRM, which are intended to transport, and was deleted.

Importantly - PR Creation Time will not be captured in EBAN or CDHDR.

I will re-frame my earlier post here.

Imagine you deleted 6 Records in o/b Queue. (say 6 PRs) - Aim is to Identify these SIX Purch.Reqs

Step-1. For a given time period (say 12 to 12:15), identify all the PRs Created, which are supposed to convert as SC in SRM.

Step-2. Check what are all the PR Converted to SC in SRM by Checking at External ID in SC Line item.

Step 3- If you found 10 PRs at step1 and only 4 PRs at Step 2, then it means we deleted 6 PR in SMQ1.

These SIX PRs should be changed so that it will make a new entry in EPRTRANS table for reprocessing.

i learnt from experts deleted queue can not reprocess and again i have to hammera PR again to get sc again
