Hi All,
We've had several suppliers complain that when we cancel a PO, they have no easy way to know which one it actually was. For example, I have a user that has 50-60 POs that are already cancelled.
We were thinking that if there was some way to use the PO Create Date. Like have it update every time the PO was updated in SUS, then the suppliers could just search/sort their POs.
Has anyone had a similar issue? And how did you resolve it?
As-is, the PO Create Date seems kind of useless, since it's static.
Thanks,
Seth

Hi Seth,
you could add a new column to the PO list to display the change date in addition to the posting date. In SPRO "Make Field Control Settings for Tables" you can add a new column to table ORDER.LIST with field CHANGED_AT. Or you can create your own custom field and fill it with a value that suits your requirement.

Zoltan
