Hi Friends

1. How its possible perform 7 step SC/PO approval WFL without using Badis.

2. Ways of substituting WFL.

3. Where is SC budget Maintained.

Hi Abirath,

1.This is only possible in SRM 7.0 using the new Process Controlled Workflow.

2.If you go into the approval inbox you can see the button Substitute. Each user can set up his own substitutes here.

3.You can maintain budget for SRM user via SU01 -> Personalisation Tab -> BBP_USER_BUDGET. More info on budget can be found in note 520717.

Substitute WFL means if a person responsible to approve is absent then other guy should handle the task

Hi Abirath,

You can see some information related to how substitution works in the help under the Approval section, http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/f1/faa93e08503614e10000000a114084/frameset.htm.

It is also possible for an administrator to foward a workitem to another approver via workflow log, SWI1 or SWI6.

Or administrator can execute a workitem SWIA.
