Hi all,
I would like to clarify the standard functionality relating to setting active queries for PO on the portal.
Via SPRO > Cross-Application Components > General Application Functions > Generic SAP Business Suite Functions > Personal Object Worklist > Define Query Visibility at Role Level,
we have assigned specific roles against existing application id to control display of certain queries, e.g
Application SAPSRMGP_PROCUREMENT_PURCH and role ZPURCHASER for query SAPSRM_OP_PURCHASING_06_01 (DOUT). The query is activated in this entry.
There is also another entry of SAPSRMGP_PROCUREMENT_PURCH only for the same query and the query is not activated in that entry.
Now, when I run POWL_D01 and check the results in the portal, I can only see those queries that are linked to application id SAPSRMGP_PROCUREMENT_PURCH. However, those queries that are set up for the role are not displayed. I can only see them when I go to the Personalisation area and bring them through from there.
Can someone please confirm whether this is standard? That I will not be able to automatically activate those role based queries by running POWL_D01? At the moment, I have to run POWL_D06 to bring those role based queries through as well.
Cheers!
