Qualify Vendor

Hi experts

i'd like to know where is possible to find something more about Vendor's Qualify. Is there a particular SRM Scenario to do this? What's about?

there are some vendors catalog like DUN AND BRAD SHEET group is there.

They evaluate all supplier on material quality / financial credeential and the provide every supplier 9 digit id .this can be treated like he is a D&B certified.

or you can develop custom development to evaluate vendor upto your business w.r.t material group .etc..and later you can accept into your business as vendor.
