Purchase Req not created on the backend R3 system

Hi,

We have a situation where the purchase requisition didn't create on the backend. The Shopping Cart was fully approved. The reason for this was the R3 system was down and someone approved the shopping cart. I have tried to exectute the following program BBP_PD_SC_RESUBIT but this haxn't worked. Is there anything else that I can try so that the user doesn't have to recreate shopping cart.

Hello,

You can try to transfer it again using BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER.

However, if shopping cart item status is I111 or I1112, this report will not help.

Hi Jack,

you may try to transfer the SC again using the funciton module

BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER_INTERNAL

Just pass the GUID an run the FM, if no error occurs, the backend requisition or purchase order should be created.
