Purchase orders cannot be created without IPC pricing

Hi,

When I am creating a PO with or without any reference, I am getting the following error:

Purchase orders cannot be created without IPC pricing
Purchase orders cannot be created without IPC pricing
Form: ERROR_MESSAGE of program SAPLBBP_PDPRC
Function: BBP_PDPRC_UPDATE of program SAPLBBP_PDPRC
Form: PRC_UPDATE_CALL of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: PRICE_AND_VALUE_DETERMINE of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: PO_ITM_CHECK of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: ITMPROC_CHECK_AND_ENRICH of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: ITMPROC_MAINTAIN of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: ITMPROC_F_CREATE of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Function: BBP_ITMPROC_CREATE of program SAPLBBP_PDIGP
Form: ITEM_F_CREATE_FROM_WTAB of program SAPLBBP_PDIAD

Though IPC pricing is installed.

Kindly suggest how to resolve the issue. I have followed the forum posts but in vain.

Hi Nancy,

additionally, if you don't want to use IPC for SRM pricing, you can go with the simplified pricing.

Please see note 539720 for this.

Also please see compisite note 458195 on SRM pricing.

Hi Nancy,

Can you run the report RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK and check if you see the below in green

1. The Java component is activated

2. Call from ABAP to Java made successfully

3. Call from Java to ABAP made successfully

4. Java runtime services tested successfully
