Hi Sanjay,
Have you replicated your contracts from ECC to SRM? Or are you using central contracts?
Once you have your contract in SRM, you can provide the contract under 'Source of Supply' while creating the SC and this will reflect in your PO

Thank you Vinay and Nikhil,
Nikhil we are using central contracts...
upto now we have only one contract created in SRM and it was automatically picked up by system when creating a PO in SOCO.
While creating SC i didn't assigned any source of supply and in SOCO when i searched for source of supply, Supplier with the contract we have in srm was available..
I selected that source of supply and processed the Draft for PO creation...
Is this the correct way of creating a PO with respect to Contract.. or am I doing it in a wrong way????
Hi Sanjay,
You are on the right track. I guess all your shopping carts are being sent to SOCO as sourcing must be activated for certain/all product categories.
Hence now that you don't assign a source of supply to SC, it goes to the SOCO where you assign the central contract.
This is perfectly fine as well.

Nikhil
Hi,
While creating SC, you should select respective contract in Source of Supply tab. So when PO is created for that SC, it will be with reference to contract.
I hope it helps.
