I need notific the buyer, when a Purchase Document is aprover! ( by e-mail for exemple) Somebory know where, can I configure?

Have you tried to add the buyer as a reviewer?

And customizing :

SRM Server

-Cross-Application Basic Settings

--Event and Event Schema for Alert Management

---Define Recipient of Notifications
