Punchout without frame SRM 7.13

I am not familiar with SAP, and am not running one, but our customer is. We are trying to configure punchout to our eCommerce -site. Our customer has SRM 7.13. The problem is that when punching out, the customers browser open so, that it runs our website within an iframe, and our website does not allow it to be run within a frame for security reasons.

Is there a way to configure SRM 7.13 so, that it would not run in a frame?

Dear Jussi Taimiaho,

this behavior has technical background. If you open the catalog the SRM session ID is also sent to it, and the catalog should be able to come back to the Shopping Cart based on this session ID. Opening the catalog in a new window, creates a new session ID. In this case the catalog cannot send back the item data to the SRM Shopping Cart.

thank you for your answer! That is very unfortunate. All platforms do not have that restriction, but I guess we'll have to work around that somehow.
