Punchout Catalogs in SAP SRM

Hi Sap Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.01 and can anyone please let me know the steps for configuring punch out catalogs in sap srm 7.01

Also when you are talking to suppliers they should be giving you the information that is required to be maintained in SPRO.  SRM Server > Master Data > Content Management > Define External Web Services.

We are using several punchout catalogs and it works nice.

Bus. Type of a WebService: 01 Product Catalog

Business Partner:  This is the supplier #

Purch Organization:

Logical System:

Additional Functions in SRM Server

check Do not Check Product

check Activate SC Item Price Check From Catalog

Additional Functions in the Product Catalog

Check Display Product Data Again in Catalog

Check Validate Product Data from SAP Enterprise Buyer

These checks could vary slightly depending on the catalog and call structure setting the supplier gives you.

The supplier should be providing the Standard Call Structure parameters for you.

Example

Hi Jeff Miller,

I'm getting the below error when i'm configuring Punchout Catalog in "External Web Services"

"Please do not maintain secure data like password in the call structure"... can you help me out on this.

Are you getting this as a hard error message or just a warning.  I get this as a warning on my end and just enter through it.  If you could provide screenshots from your side it would be helpful.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. That Issue got resolved which is a soft error message.

But now i'm getting a hard error message on SC after adding the catalog item to sc...

below are the error message which i'm getting on the SC when about to order.

That looks like an error that I had with one of my punchout suppliers.

In the details area for that suppliers try the following.  You basically are getting rid of the system going back into the catalog and checking the price again.
