Publish Notice to Suppliers Field

Dear Gurus,

What is the function of the Publish Notice to Suppliers field on the RFP ?

Does this field send RFP notification to all Suppliers in the database without adding the suppliers on the supplier tab or do I still need to add all Suppliers on the Supplier tab for a public tender?

Hi Thembi,

If you check the Publish Notice to Suppliers box on the RFP then uninvited suppliers get notification regarding RFP and they can request to be included in the RFP. After a supplier submits a request, it is displayed in the To Do List channel on the Workbench.

Would you perhaps know how we could do an automatic acceptance for uninvited Suppliers who requests to be included in the RFP?
