PS_REASON_CODE empty on PO header on ORDER/Refresh

We added new field Reason_code on PO header through config, its working fine but the values of the reason code aren't getting updated in database on ORDER or saving the PO, PS_REASON_CODE is empty.

i created POSTEXIT of WDDOMODIFYVIEW to set the value but values aren't getting stored in database.

Please Help !!

Thanks for responding.

Its a standard field PS_REASON_CODE already in header tables like BBP_PDHSS, we have enabled it on UI through config as shown in attachment.

we are able to populate the field/value on UI but once we order it, the value isn't getting saved in database. not sure what's missing?

Hi Niharika,

Have you added the field following the steps described in KBA 2473843? In that case, system should save and read the value without the need of enhancement.
