Project Template Upload CSV

Hi Experts,

We observed that one of the mandatory fields CLASSIFICATION is missing in the CSV template for mass upload of projects. Due to this we are getting errors while upload. Is it possible to rectify the same and update the template.

Hi Yeshwanth,

Yes you can add the "CLASSIFICATION" Field in the Project Standard Template and add the specific Display Name ID of the value from the Project Classification VLV.

Yes Kushagra. We did the same and we got warnings but still able to upload it. But is there any way of updating the template in the system.

Ideally you should not get warnings if it is only related to adding of the CLASSIFICATION Field. Check the trace file, may be the warning is related to someother field. Coming to your question of rectifying the template, I afraid we cannot rectify the standard template at our end. You can raise an OSS and ask SAP to rectify this in the next SP release.
