Expert's,
In SRM 5 i developed a task in WF to send mail to approver immediately after the workitem as been sent. It's a normal email to outlook saying that he/she have something to approve.
In process controlled workflow it's possible to to this in customization or i have to build the code in the BADI that get the approver's?

Hi,
How about scheduling /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND? The result will be same. Approver gets an email.
