Process Control WF - no email to requestor post SC approval/ordered

Hi,

We have implemented the Process controlled WF for SC. Now all the SPRO settings are done for requestor to get an email. But no email is going to requestor.

We have email going to approvers and working fine.

Just addition to Masa's comment, check "Define Recipient of Notifications" SPRO configuration too that should help you..

Hi,

Please check the Transaction Type SHC has alert event schema. It is blank in standard delivery and you need to maintain it in project.
