Proceed button on shopping cart is changing the status to Rejected when purchasing substitute takeover and hit Proceed button. we have BOTS which will create a shopping cart on behalf of managers or cost center owners.
The Purchasing substitutes maintained on BOT will take over the rejected shopping cart by Operational purchaser by selecting the "Takeover" button and later will select the "Proceed" button to re-submit back for approval. but system is changing the status to Release rejected when they select the Proceed button.
