Problem with Reject button in RFQ

Hello all.

We have a problem in the process u201CBid Invitationu201D. I need return the Quotation with status u201CSubmittedu201D to the supplier, but for a mistake I press the "Reject" button and the status changes to u201CRejectedu201D. Immediately I press the button u201CUndo Rejectu201D and the status changes to u201CSubmittedu201D again. Then I sent the quotation to the supplier with the u201CReturnu201D button.

The problem is that when I try to change the quotation with the Contact Person User Id, the document is not active for change. But with the Buyer user id (On Behalf) it is active and I can made changes in the quotation.

We have SRM 7.1. Any suggestion?
