Problem with PTARQ Leave requests

Hello All,

     i am trying to read managers worklist/requests list, which should contains items ( leave requests ) to approve/reject.

     This items are created via portal, but customer is using PTARQ mechanism to process requests.

     In past I had built Gateway Services for handling ( reading, approving, rejecting ... ) WF Inbox Items.

     In this case it is PTARQ mechanism.

     Im trying to use for example  PT_ARQ_REQLIST_GET fm for reading list, but to be honest, i am not sure with import, export, tables parameters and    

     it is doesnt work.

     Can you give some examples please, with right FM's with right parameters if it's possible, and generally explain what is difference between using (

     approving, rejecting, ... ) WF Inbox Items / Tasks and PTARQ ?
