Problem with attachments in shopping cart

Hello Gurus,

I need some help regarding attachments in Shopping cart.

we are on SRM 5.0 , in shopping cart from ITS, when a user is trying to upload the attachment from portal,

an error popping up as "The url for the speicified path <<>> is not valid".

we checked the configurations in the portal and also in spro settings in SRM system, there the checkbox for deactivate java applet is not checked.

please let me know on how to proceed with this.

Its an issue with the Portal configuration, portal adminstrator corrected it.

check left hand side bottom ERROR IN PAGE error.

,make ensure that the user has installed JRE Java Run time Environment .

are you installed JRE. If only one user has prolem means Java issue. IF every one is facing the problem means, There is a issue.

This is a problem with everyone and not only one user.

as per standard , you can upload attachment if you install jvm at your desktop. Are you recently gone to any SP upgrade?

check with SAP too.
