Problem while creating SC from ECC external requirements - SRM - PDP Scen.

Hello All,

While implementing SRM-PDP scenario i am getting following error in SLG1 while executing BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER -

"No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address"

I have checked all the BP data for user and location in SRM however i am getting this error.

i have done following config in the respective systems -

1. maintained profiles for log sys, product category and purchasing group in ECC.

2. created one org unit as entry channel and assigned in to root company code.

3. attached RFC user to entry channel.

4. assigned entry channel and respective category to local pgrps responsibility.

Kindly help to resolve this issue, this is failing in outbound queue(SMQ2) of ECC which i can tracein SLG1 with the above error.

HI ,

Canyou check the address number exist in table BUT021_FS for the partner you are using to create SC.

Hi ,

Check the Business partner of the user in BP tcode and check the role of the BUP003 some time the date might be expired.

If the BP role expires for employee while creating SC you will get delivery address is not valid.

Thanks for your response.

I checked this and BUP003 is valid.

Kindly let me know if there could me any other possibility as well which could cause PR to SC creation in error.

Hi,

Have you replicated your plants from ECC to SRM. If not you can use report BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL

Also the plants have to maintainied in Orgnization structure (extended attributes) for your channel unit created for PR transfer
