Private Chat with Supplier Contacts during Auctions

Hello All,

I see an issue in my test system that when chatting during the live auctions, I have only see options either to send the chat message to "All Buy Side Users" or to "All sell side users".

Is there an option by where I can chat with individual supplier contact? Am I missing any step?

HI Arahanth,

Yes, it's possible to have a private chat with a supplier.  You should be able to click on the Supplier Name that you want to send a private chat to and then communicate only with that Supplier.  You should see the change in the Message Window change from "All" to a specific supplier.  Have you tried this?

I got the mistake now. The supplier contact was not online and we were trying to reach then via instant message
