Hi everyone,
I'm working in SRM 7 SP09 in a classic scenario. I have a issue and I need your help.
We are creating central contracts for materials in SRM and then they are distribuited in ECC. These contracts are used as a source of supply.
We have the following process:
1. We create a SC in SRM
2. We look for a contract in the SC
3. If there is a contract, it is assigned.
4. The SC is approved and it is sent to SoCo.
5. The purchaser validates the SC and if is OK (about the assigned contract), the PO is created
In the step 3, we have the issue. When we assign a contract, the price is not set in the SC. This only occurs in SC with materials. When we create SC with services, the price is assigned correctly. Do you know if there is anything missing? What could be the issue?
Thanks,
Ivá

Hi Ivan
The Price indeed picks while creating a Purchase order only w.r.t contract.
for ex
sc created MM 123 as 145.00 EUR and refered a contract in the sc as 123.00 EUR in the contract
total value of sc will show as a 145.00 but PO creates for 123.00

Hi Muthu,
According with the note 804633. The standard behavior is the price has to be updated when you assign a contract.
Other example is this is occurring only with SC with materials, when we create a SC with services, the price is taken.
For example, you create a SC with Service "A" and Prices "0". Then, you assing the contract (with price "14"). Finally, the Price is updated automaticaly with the price of the contract (Now in the SC you have the Service "A" with price "14").
Thanks,
Ivá
