Hi all,
I have the requirement of being able to preview a Purchase Order with "Held" status, using "Output Preview" button. However, this button is enabled only to POs with "Approved" status.
Can anyone help me on how to enable the button also for other statuses?

"Output Preview" button is activated at any point in time during the PO process, including HELD status. If it is not the case in your system, either there is a modification or something is not correct. What SRM release are you running?
