prevent the corruption of the format for alternative clauses in the clause library

When we import files for contract authoring, ariba accepts the formatting that we have chosen(for example: arial 10 without bold choice) and we can export the contract without any problem but when we import alternative clauses to the clause library and choose any of them, we have problem about formatting on the exported document. For example, alternative clauses turns to bold despite the fact that it is not bold in the original document for the clauses. Could you please help us to solve this problem?
