PR un release

I created a PO against PR but I cannot release the same due to the error that the PR is un released. Please help why the PR is un released when it was showing in my system.

Hi Shagun,

Please go to tcode me54n, in header details go to tab workflows. Check the status there if its released or not. If not then PR should be released first.
