PR transfer to SRM

Hello,

We are using SRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0 Ehp 1.

PR is created in ECC and we are transfering to SRM though program "BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER".

Checked Qs and log, Checked BBP_PD also but no SC created.

Is the transfer of PR to SRM with above lansdscape happening though XI or through RFC?

Vicky,

As of SRM7.0, PRs will not transfer through EXTREQ program. You need to implement a BADI and relevant XI services. The tables V_T160EX and V_T160PR are no longer required.

Badi: ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST, inside this you can write a logic based on either Purch grp or prod cat. Accordingly PRs will be transfered to SRM

Hi,

The PR transfer will happen only through RFC only. Make sure the following details

1. RFC User Should assigned in respective Org Structure

2. Responsibilities should assign for a Particular Purchasing Group

3. Check the Release Date in PR "Quantities/Dates" Tab (System will check this date only while transfering PR)

4. Clear the Queue before transfer the PR in SMQ1
