I guess PPS is possible only in extended classic scenario,please correct me if i am wrong.

Until SAP SRM 7.0, this feature was available as a separate PPS add-on which could only be deployed in extended classic scenario. However, SAP SRM 7.0 EHP1 onwards, this feature is retrofitted to the core solution and is available for implementation in classic scenario as well.
