We are in the middle of upgrading to SRM 7.0. Does anybody know what the difference is between the Show Quick Criteria Maintenance area and the Change Query area in the POWL display list for shopping carts in SRM 7.0?

Hi Judy!
The main difference is that on Change Query you can personalize the search through "Criteria Personalization" (add or remove fields), which you can add or not to the quick search.
There is also a preview functionality.
