Could you please share any links/documents which would outline the steps to be handled by an SRM Functional consultant post SRM 7.0 upgrade.

Hi Sandy,

I have gone through the notes you have mentioned earlier.

Note# 1371998 has FAQ's on how to contact SAP for upgrading SRM 7.0

Note/KBA# 1781127  has the list of possible issues which might occur post SRM 7 Upgrade.

Can you please help me in giving any specific set of steps to be performed post upgrade particularly from a Functional perspective (Probably, executing few programs).

Also, could you please tell me the impacts of the upgrade from SRM 7 on the existing data/configuration that would be modified post upgrade:

- Existing Organizational Structure in earlier SRM version

- Master data (Material/Material Group/Vendor Master) already replicated from ECC system.

- Will it modify the ECC system connections configured earlier.
