Poratal user Creation from backend SRM system.

We are on SRM 7.0 and have a requirement that whenever an Contact Person user is created, a portal user should also be created immediately corresponding to this SU01 user.

Currently we are creating Contact Person Automatically through Program , same we need to create Portal User, tries the Steps of SPML but was unable to create.

Pl shed some light on this.

In addition to the information that you have given for automatic creation of portal user when contact person is created, Just to check with you on creation of SPML requests.

My requirement is, I need to create portal user using SPML. Following are steps that i need to follow.

1. Create SOAP message (e.g. via SAAJ)

2.Create SPML request (e.g. SPML schema request) and add it to body of SOAP message

3.Create URL connection to SAP Web AS SPML Service

4.Set connection properties 􀂄Set request method POST 􀂄Add authorization credentials for HTTP basic authentication

5.Make call to SPML Service 6.Reveive and process response

Can you help me to give idea that how should I start on this. Thanks!
