PO Terms & Conditions/Code Of Conduct in PO Print

Hello -

Just want to know is the preferred/chosen by customers on how they want to show the PO Terms & Condition/Code of Conduct in the PO Print. Is it in URL link in the PO Print or an attachment or another way? Client wants to know the preferred by majority of the DSN customers so they can decide from the options. Please also provide the complexity of each options and which is error prone. Thanks

Hi,

Most of the customers provide an URL to their website.

Thanks to that it can be available in many languages and also it makes PO looking tidy.

The URL link is usually located under 'other information' section on the header.

You can map it out to an Extrinsic.
