PO stuck in awaiting approval

Hi all

I am on SRM 7.0 , ECS scenario

SC was created and submitted for delivery date on 24th . The approver was able to approve it on the 26th (Surprisingly , the system allowed approval ). After approval the SRM PO was created and is now stuck on status Awaiting approval

I am not able to find any work item for the PO.

I have not found any errors in RZ20. I found a hard stop error in SLG1 for the PO mentioning the delivery date is in the past .

The PO cannot be edited or deleted .

Could you suggest what I could do to either move the PO from the Awaiting Approval status . If not , could you suggest how I could just delete it ?

Hi,

Which WFL you use, AC or PC?

Have you checked in the WFL log if you find any error?

The PO creator is not able to edit the PO to delete it? Which error appears?

If you want to have this po version released you can go at SWO1 transactions with the change version GUID and "setrelease" or "SETreject"it. Please note that any error in the WFL log will remain. This will only make the change version PO to be released or rejected.
