PO status update from BUSINESS NETWORK to ARIBA GUIDED BUYING

Dear experts,

For my customer, the below scenario exists.

1. PR creation in ARIBA Guided Buying.

2. PO creation in S/4 HANA OP w.r.t the PR.

3. PO sent to BUSINESS Network (ARIBA Commerce Automation).

I have below questions.

1. Will the PO status get automatically updated in ARIBA GB from Business Network without replicating it from S/4 HANA OP? We are looking at possibility if we can avoid replication from S/4 HANA OP for ASN, GR, INVOICE etc.

2. As my customer is using only ARIBA BUYING and not using Invoicing solutions, is it possible still to use below SOAP service for Invoice replication from S/4 HANA to ARIBA GB?

Purchase Order – Notify about Update of Item History (PurchaseOrderItemHistoryNotification_Out, SOAP service)

Ans: Activate the web services in SOAMANAGER and in the Ariba parent. Check with the integration team if XML is being passed from CPI CIG engine

2. As my customer is using only ARIBA BUYING and not using Invoicing solutions, is it possible still to use below SOAP service for Invoice replication from S/4 HANA to ARIBA GB?

Ans: Yes check the parameters in Ariba Integration manager and enable the S4 import of invoices receipt and orders
